Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Place your item back in its original organic cotton bag and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure it stays clean during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
